In bulk email sending process, bulk email sender guidelines are quite necessary. These guidelines are as follows:-

Provide your customers the option to opt out of the email list if required. This shows that you understand a customer’s psychology much well. This will also help you to get the required number of customers for your product.
Do make it a point to mention your name in the senders address. This will help the receiver to recognise the bulk emails coming from your company.
Try to avoid attaching any files with these bulk emails. As most of the times the recipients either deletes such emails or the email get stored as junk mails.

Apart from, always ask the interested viewers to add your address in their address book for further contact.
